With over 30 years of experience, Dennis continues to lead and guide the firm's litigation cases, with a specialized practice in construction arbitration.

Paolo's extensive professional experience positions him as a senior member of the firm with a strong foundation in criminal, labor, and commercial litigation. He is a certified Data Protection Officer and continues to serve multinational companies in the Philippines.

Gig's exceptional skills in tact and diplomacy had made him a masterful manager of over 250 negotiations related to labor union formation and collective bargaining agreements across a diverse range of industries including agriculture, automotive, cement, electronics, food and beverage, mining, packaging, paper, pharmaceuticals, steel, and many more. He passed away last June 24, 2025.

Allan possesses an exceptional level of expertise in civil, commercial, and maritime litigation. His proficiency extends to handling collision, cargo, and marine insurance claims, as well as construction arbitration. He notably served as lead legal representative for a Japanese construction company before the CIAC.

Marbert's journey to becoming a legal practitioner was preceded by a successful corporate career. His academic background in Accountancy, combined with extensive experience in civil litigation, criminal litigation, labor law, and trial and appellate court practice, makes him a well-rounded and capable legal practitioner.

Paul is a seasoned lawyer and policy strategist with over 15 years of professional experience in government, private practice, and regulatory advisory. He served as Assistant Secretary for the Employment and Human Resource Development Cluster of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) from 2022 to 2025, where he led key reforms in labor policy, digital transformation, and inter-agency coordination. In private practice, he focused on labor litigation, alternative dispute resolution, data privacy, and regulatory compliance for traditional and tech-based enterprises. He is a Certified Data Protection Officer.

Partner / Co-Managing Partner

Since joining the firm in 2012, Gabe has consistently showcased his legal acumen in Litigation and Labor. His composed and commanding demeanor has contributed to his success in negotiating Collective Bargaining Agreements. He was appointed Co-Managing Partner in recognition of his leadership abilities.

Gino's practice focuses on corporate law, investments, mergers and acquisitions, and government procurement. He previously served in the Corporate and Special Projects Department of ACCRALAW and the Tax Services Group of SGV & Co. He joined the firm in 2016 and was admitted to the partnership in 2020.

Prior to joining the firm, Link had established himself as a seasoned legal practitioner through years of private practice and as managing partner of his own firm. He has primarily focused on Litigation and Labor law with extensive courtroom experience across regular, special, and appellate courts.

Laida obtained her Juris Doctor from San Beda College Alabang in 2012 and joined the firm as a Junior Associate in June 2013. Her practice primarily focuses on litigation and appellate practice. She strongly advocates for alternative dispute resolution, believing disputes amicably resolved lead to the best outcomes. She was admitted to the Partnership in 2023.

Dan is a seasoned litigation lawyer with over a decade of experience in civil, criminal, labor, and administrative cases. He has represented clients before various courts and tribunals across the Philippines, including the Sandiganbayan, the Court of Appeals, the Court of Tax Appeals, and the Supreme Court. His practice focuses on Litigation, Data Privacy and Protection, and Employment and Labor Relations.

Jack is a lawyer with a diverse and multifaceted career. He has guided clients through the inception and expansion stages of business ventures, served on the Board of Trustees of the University of Asia and the Pacific, and served as Founding Dean of the School of Law and Governance. His practice focuses on Corporate Practice, Real Estate, Special Projects, Taxation, and Wills, Probate and Estates.

Tony's extensive career as a law practitioner spans over 30 years, during which he gained valuable experience in corporate development, re-organization, collective bargaining negotiations, banking, and tax counseling. He has successfully represented prominent organizations in corporate, labor, and tax litigation.
