Gig's exceptional skills in tact and diplomacy had made him a masterful manager of over 250 negotiations related to labor union formation and collective bargaining agreements across a diverse range of industries including agriculture, automotive, cement, electronics, food and beverage, mining, packaging, paper, pharmaceuticals, steel, and many more. He passed away last June 24, 2025.
