He is the Firm’s senior counsel for special projects and his more than 25 years of involvement with named multinational conglomerates are enough to ensure that he is the most capable lead person in the firm’s roster of counsels to take on the power and telecommunications sector. He can give an honest assessment of a project’s viability and can even come up with an accurate valuation of an enterprise.
The more than 30 years that Tony spent as a law practitioner handling diverse concerns from reputable local and multinational organizations sharpened his skillful adeptness in corporate development and organization, re-organization, re-engineering, collective bargaining negotiations, immigration, patents and copyrights, banking, and tax counselling.
Vic graduated from University of Santo Tomas in 1971 with a degree in Journalism. After having gained experience while working at the Department of Information, he went on to study law in the same University. Vic took and passed the bar exams, and was immediately admitted to the profession in 1976. Finding his love for labor, he continued to take further studies in Syndey, Australia in the International Training Institute for a Labor Relations course.
Jay, graduated from the University of the Philippines Diliman in 1985 (AB Political Science minor in AB Economics). After gaining a few years of work experience in Marketing , he studied law at the Ateneo de Manila University in Makati City wherein he earned his JD degree in 1993.
He took the Philippine Bar Examinations in 1993. After passing the Bar in 1994, he joined the Sanchez Rosales Sanidad & Mercado Law Firm where he was exposed to litigation, covering the fields of Criminal, Civil and labor Laws.
He has left a legacy of unsullied name while carrying out his assigned responsibilities in various government offices. A career officer in government, Gary’s stint with the Bureau of Immigration was his longest and this is where he refined his abilities in Immigration Laws being at the helm of the Immigration Regulatory Division which is among the most complex and delicate positions in the Bureau. He is the official representative of the Bureau, together with the Commissioner, in sensitive forums, high level national and international conferences on immigration, and the all-important ASEAN meeting of Immigration Director Generals (DGICM).
